About Us
Last Post Miniatures was established in September 2020, after finding it hard to source high-quality, hand-painted diorama accessories for displays using commercially available military models such as King & Country, John Jenkins Designs, Thomas Gunn, Team Miniatures, W. Britains and others. Our aim is to develop a large range of military and scenic diorama accessories, spanning many periods and theatres.
We have worked together on many projects over the last 10 years, before founding Last Post Miniatures. We both come from a wargaming background and Frank loves to create beautiful tables for conflicts with miniature armies and has been the driving force behind many jaw-dropping tables for participation games at local conventions. He has also made a number of museum quality dioramas for military miniature dioramas for collectors. Sven has been a painter of miniatures for over 30 years, doing a lot of commission work for collectors, covering about any scale that can be found. Since 2009 he has been the manager of Peter Nathan Toy Soldiers in Sydney, where he fell in love with the commercially available 1/30 scale products.
Both of us have an extensive knowledge of history, and are passionate about what we do. We love brainstorming with our customers as it results often in great ideas becoming a reality, so feel free to discuss any products you would like to see us produce in the future.
We also are happy to discuss any special custom projects or designs you are considering. We have done this in the past, and still have to find a customer who isn't pleased with what we've made for them!
Frank Sultana
Frank is the man behind mould-making along with the casting of all of our products. He constructs some of our master sculpts, as well as being the creative mind behind the newsletters, handling most of the image editing of our pics before they end up on socials media and this website.
Sven De Braekeleir
All painting is done by Sven, who also organizes the packing and shipment of our products.
He's also the person you'll be most likely to talk to when contacting Last Post Miniatures and does most of the website updates.
