Prices

All prices are shown in Australian dollars, and are exempt of Australian goods and services tax (GST).

Shipping We offer free shipping for any order over AU$200.00, within Australia. We use Australia Post to send all our parcels. Delivery period ranges from 3-10 business days for domestic orders and up to 20 for international orders.

Order acceptance

We reserve the right to decline any order. Occasionally we make a description or pricing error. We will email you to advise of the error, and to offer a resolution to the problem.

Insurance

Postage does not include insurance or registered mail. If you require these services, please contact us to discuss further. International customs duties and taxes Our prices and shipping costs do not include any local customs duties or taxes. It is your responsibility to pay any duties or/and taxes.

Privacy

Last Post Miniatures does not disclose or sell your personal information to any third parties.

Back orders – Out of Stock items

If any item is not currently in stock, we will endeavour to have it back in stock in the shortest possible time, while holding the rest of your order. We will contact you and give you the option to cancel the back ordered item(s) if you prefer not to wait.

Returns

We will accept returns, within 30 days, for wrongly shipped or damaged items. Please request a return authorisation as returns without an authorisation will not be accepted. A refund or credit to your credit card will only be made if the item is received in the same condition that it was sent.
